No, creators do not have access to any of your private information or payment details. Your privacy and security are paramount, and we ensure that creators cannot view or access any of your personal or payment information.
Can creators see my payment information on stripe.com?
No, your payment information on stripe.com is not visible to creators. We prioritize the confidentiality of your financial data and maintain strict measures to safeguard it.
What will appear on my credit card statement after making a purchase?
The descriptor on your credit card statement may differ depending on your bank or credit card company. However, it typically reflects some form of the company name, such as "GoWishMe" or "gowishme.com".

At GoWishMe, safeguarding Creator funds against potential scams is our top priority. Therefore, we do not permit refunds.
All suppoters e-signatures confirm their acknowledgment that their contribution is non-refundable, and they do not anticipate any reciprocation for their donation.
In exceptional circumstances, if the Creator approves a refund, we may issue a partial refund to the supporter, deducting our platform fee.

For users who have registered with Stripe payouts, the initial gift on GoWishMe may require 7-14 days to process due to security protocols. Subsequent payouts will be expedited. Once the first gift is processed, gift payments are held for two days before payouts are initiated daily. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for the funds to settle in your account.
